On Sunday, everyone (and I pretty much mean everyone) packed food to send overseas.
On Monday, Mom and I sorted food for Feeding America. Then, we served dinner to teen moms at Straight Street.
On Thursday, we walked on a trail and cut down branches that bikers could run into.
On Saturday, Mom and I, and group, walked around a neighborhood and handed out free smoke detectors to anyone who needed one (or three) for the Red Cross.
It was actually pretty eventful. And a lot of fun. I must say, Mom and I discovered more of Roanoke than we knew existed.
